94 Rosedale Road - Lot 65
We are building approximately 1700 sqm, 17 retail shop development on this site are owned by the group. We will put in some architectural design features on the project to make everything flow with the supermarket development at 92 Rosedale.
The Interplex Business Park is our company's heartland territory because most of our developments are located here. In fact, we have several diffent projects that are underway in the same area.
92 Rosedale Road - Lot 64
We have completed our negotiations to design and build an 1800 sqm supermarket for Tai Ping in this location. The drawings and resource consent stage are still in process.Moreover, we plan to adjoin our 17 retail shops with complementary design features with this project.
96 Apollo Drive - Lot 63 - Recently completed
Northbridge has recently completed a design and build project which is the hospital facility for the Waitamata District Health Board. This is a 1000 sqm single level structure.
96 Rosedale Rd
20 Retail units with Road frontage, adjoining Stage 1, 94 Rosedale Rd and the Tai Ping Supermarket. The locality enjoys strong demand by investors and tenants, with excellent access to the Northern Motorway via Greville and Tawa drive or alternatively Apollo and Constellation Drive.
