The new ‘Rainbow Corner’ in Tauranga’s Bethlehem area sits on a prime corner site on the main state highway into Tauranga.  

This 120 Child centre was completed in 2021 and tenanted by a leading nationwide operator. Designed by CASA architecture (Phil Smith) this project is a  continuation of Northbridges key themes of

This childcare is surrounded by new build homes and is on a main through fare so appeal to is convenient to both commuters and local community.  The quality of the surrounding environment demands a high end childcare offering and this centre delivers in buckets.  The evolving range of coloured louvres is not just an architectural nicety; they filter direct solar light into the classrooms, provide visual appeal to passing traffic and bring splashes of colour in the children's play area. The centre of functional space is filled with natural light through punched skylights and the classrooms are direct level access to the outside play areas with oversize ranch slider and large windows to allow for light-filled ;earning spaces.

Sage 1 of this location is this unique looking childcare centre for 125 Children completed in 2018 and is leased by New Zealand’s leading childcare operator of quality centres. Stage 2 is the currently vacant Hobsonville Road front lot which is consented for a 2-level building with ground floor retail and first floor commercial space. This development will kick off upon anchor tenant commitment and we are happy to hold it until we find the right user.

Westgate

Northbridge purchaser 50,000m2 of industrially zoned land near the new Westgate town centre and has developed this in stages. Stage one is complete with new yard space premises completed for New Zealand Landscape Supplies, 3-brothers building supplies and a brand-new food grade export manufacturing facility and head office for Shott Beverages.

Stage 2 sites are currently being consented for a major infrastructure supplier, a retail centre and other sites have been on sold to owner occupiers and developers. Preliminary earthworks will commence on these sites in late 2020/early 2021.

Northside Lot 3

Another 125-child centre near the new Westgate town centre. Our signature architectural style and quality, this centre has three road font retail units associated with it of approximately 100m2 each. One is leased for a bathroom showroom occupier one is consented for a café/restaurant use and has outdoor dining area  associated. The other is currently vacant. As Northside drive is being built and occupied by new commercial   occupiers and with Costco moving in just down the road this will become a very busy thoroughfare to the Westgate town centre. The childcare is well established and benefitting from growth in the immediate area.

71 Jellicoe

This 24-unit retail development in Panmure completed in 2020 and is home to 'the beer spot' 'Sushi me' 'La La Mamitas restaurant' amongst other convenience retailers and service providers. There are still a few units available for lease or sale in this development within this rapidly developing and  transforming central Auckland suburb.

108 Great South Road

This 31 Unit retail development completed in 2019. Located on the arterial Great South Road – 'first left from the motorway off ramp' it is home to medical practitioners pharmacists, a large butchery,  hairdressers, Office users real estate agencies, and a range of food options both dine in an takeaway.
